Answers to some common questions.

Here are some answers to most common questions. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for please give us a shout!

Are You Open during the Global Pandemic?

We are operating here at Jukoprint. We are also following government social distancing guidelines. This mean that members of the public are not permitted in our unit. We can make arrangements with you to collect your orders in the car park. All design and proofing can be done online via email/texts and calls.

Do you do one offs?

Yes we have no minimum order requirements.

How much is your stuff?

Please use this link to view our prices. The price list is for our most common printing requests. If yours is not on the list, just drop us a line and ask.

Is there a design / setup fee?

If  your atrwork is not in the format we need there will be a fee to get this into that format. For example, to vector a simple logo, prices start from £12.50 +VAT. To digitize work for embroidery the fee is £15.00 + VAT and a design service fee (if you want us to design your work) is £25.00 + VAT per hour.

What is a vector?

Vector graphics use mathematical equations to draw out your designs. These mathematical equations are translated into points that are connected by either lines or curves, also known as vector paths, and they make up all the different shapes you see in a vector graphic.

This allows vector graphics to be scaled to any size without sacrificing image quality as well as maintain a small file size. Common vector file formats are .svg, .cgm, .odg, .eps, and .xml.

What is sublimation?

If you have time give Mark a call. It’s one of his favorite little chats! But in short it’s a special ink on special paper that when heated and pressed transfers the design onto a polyester substrate and doesn’t fade or crack. It can be used on many surfaces inluding ceramics, glass, clothing and metal.

What is your turn around time?

It realy does depend on how complex and big your order is and how busy we are at any given time. We will give you an estiamte at the time you place an order.

I have sent an email, when will I get a reply?

We aim to answer all your enquirers within a few hours during the times we are open, this typically is a couple of hours as all partners work on the production line. We will still answer you on a weekend, so please get in touch.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment needs to be made at the time of placing an order. You can do this online when an invoice is emailed to you by credit or debit card, you can pay by bacs or by paypal. We all accept contactless payments in our unit when we are fully open. We can always bring the terminal to you.

What different types of printing do you do?

We do many different types. Our main one our garmnet embroidery, heat transfer system, business stationery and sublimation.
